Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Collect

Collect in person.

1. After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
2. Bring your order number and anything else specified in the instructions to collect your purchase.
3. Collection is available as per instructions. Please contact the business if you require further details.

Booking (subject to availability) required, please call 000 111 3333. Guests must print a copy of the voucher or present it on their mobile device showing the voucher code clearly upon arrival at the restaurant. Once booked vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Excludes bank holidays. 

This voucher is valid from 12 pm - 14 pm Monday- Thursday's only. Vouchers cannot be combined and cannot be used by groups of 12 or more guests in one sitting. Valid until the date shown on the voucher and cannot be extended.
