Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Collection is for your specified date only, and vouchers are non-refundable. Please bring this voucher along as proof of purchase when collecting. Simply turn up on your chosen day at the time slot you have selected, and show your voucher code.

Our takeaway afternoon tea will be available to collect by simply driving straight up to our front door. Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Although your voucher shows an expiry date, it is only available for collection on the day/time you select at purchase.
